The initial consultation is usually 1 hour, to allow the physiotherapist to undertake a full assessment, begin treatment and provide exercises as appropriate.
24 hours' notice is required for cancellation of an appointment, or the full fee for a session will be charged.
Full Payment is required at the time of treatment. Invoices for insurance companies are issued after each treatment.
