Sarah Lawson, Founder
Sarah has over 18 years of experience in treating musculoskeletal problems, established physio Remedies in 2004. After gaining a post-graduate qualification in Sports Medicine, Sarah worked as Outpatient and Sports Injuries Physio Manager at the Wellington Hospital, which is the largest independent hospital in London. She has a specialist interest in lower limb rehabilitation and lower back pain.When not working Sarah can be found to be participating in or taking up some kind of strange / extreme sports. In 2008 she climbed Mt Blanc, participated in her first triathlon & duathlon and learnt to kite surf in Lake Como with 414 kiting. This year with the help of Bespoke Cycling she is raising money for Alzheimers Society by riding from Paris to Bordeaux in Sept with Money Spinners.

Tina Nielsen Talbot, Clinical Manager
Tina qualified in 1994 from Brunel University. After a year within the NHS, she started working in private practice specialising in sports injuries, long term athlete development management, biomechanics of sports training and core stability training adding relevant courses to her expertise along the way.
She has worked with elite sportsmen/women from amongst other cricket, sailing, beach volleyball, BMX racing, running and dancing, but to name a few and thrives on the challenge of getting you better and back on track a.s.a.p.
Tina has owned her own successful sports and physiotherapy clinic in Dorset, but moved to Denmark when her husband was headhunted for the job of national cricket coach there. She has spent the last two years working in Denmark at a specialist running rehabilitation clinic analysing, treating and preventing running injuries and working at a private clinic treating a wide variety of problems such as back and neck pain, post and pre operative orthopaedic conditions, shoulder, elbow, knee and ankle injuries as well as headaches and migraines.
Apart from loving her job as a physio, Tina enjoys badminton, biking and a good book. She is a family girl at heart and will usually be found either at the fashion shops holding the bags for her daughter or at the BMX racing track watching her son.

Paul Martin, qualified in 1997 from Brunel University, and since this time has gained an MSc in Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy from UCL in 2002.
Paul is also employed at the English Institute of Sport at St Mary's College in Twickenham. This is a high performance centre for elite distance runners, working with many Olympians. He also works with elite squash, rowing and England women's rugby to name but a few.
Paul is the lead physiotherapist for GB Disability Swimming squad and was part of the team that competed successfully at the Athens and Beijing Paralympic Games, as well as topping the medals table in the World Championships in 2006.
When not treating elite athletes, Paul has worked for many years in private practice treating a wide variety of problems encountered by individuals, from the bad back to complex post-operative rehabilitation. Paul became a Director of Physio Remedies in 2008.

Nick Smith qualified in 1993 from Coventry University with an honours degree in physiotherapy. He has worked extensively in London in leading NHS hospitals and for the last 10 years in the independent sector and in Melbourne, Australia.
Nick's main interests are in lower limb rehabilitation and golf. Most recently Nick has completed a post graduate in Golf Physiotherapy and Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) level 1workshop and is now a registered TPI Certified Golf Fitness Instructor (CGFI) Level 1. This will enable him to complete full biomechanical swing analysis of golf players and create a full sport specific rehabilitation programme.
Nick can effectively identify physical factors limiting golfers performance and prescribe customised exercises to help eliminate the limitations.
